Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray or lightly coat pan ( cookie or common sheet pan ), place cakes browned side down for 10-15 minutes; finish under high broiler till brown 2-3 minutes. 145 degrees internal temperature
Reheat your sides 2-4 minutes in the microwave or on your stove stirring constantly. Heat sauce on medium heat till it bubbles then shut off, do not boil.
Chefs tip, serve sauce under your King Cake crab cakes.
