Mediterranean Table

Freshly made hummus with grilled pita, grilled fresh asparagus, roasted red peppers, roasted carrots, and grilled squash. Garnished with pepperoncini and Greek olive mélange.

Fruit and Cheese tray

Fresh fruit and assorted imported cheeses with Lusty Monk mustard, crackers, and sliced fresh baked French baguette.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Fresh silver dollar Kennett Square mushrooms stuffed with Mother Nature’s Sun’s secret crab mixture (🤤), drizzled with butter, and baked to perfection.

Shrimp Cocktail

Mother Nature’s Sun only uses domestic USA or wild-caught Gulf shrimp. Large, marinated and cooked to perfection. Served with a zesty, homemade cocktail sauce and garnished with fresh lemon.


Salads

Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Fresh garden farfalle pasta salad Mediterranean style, fresh assorted vegetables including roasted brussels sprouts, sundried tomatoes, finished with a classic roasted garlic red wine vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad

Classic Ceasar salad. Homemade dressing and croutons.

Greek Salad

Mixed greens, hothouse cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and kalamata olives, in a red wine fresh oregano vinaigrette.


Entree Selection

King Cake crab cake

Mother Nature’s Sun’s famous King Cake crab cake served over white whine dijon beurre blanc. Served with your choice of starch and fresh vegetable.

Assorted Sliders

  • King Cake Crab Cake Slider – served with a classic rémoulade sauce
  • Vegan Kennett Mushroom “Crab” Cake – served on a vegan corn tortilla with fresh radish, fresh cilantro, and finished with a sriracha, Gochujang aioli
  • Roasted Prime Hanger Steak – served with port wine picked red onion, garnished with butter lettuce and maytag blue cheese

Chicken Marsala

Freshly pounded chicken cutlets, lightly seasoned, floured, and sauteed in olive oil. Finished with a rich marsala sauce with cremini mushroom and a hint of vidalia onion. Served with fresh pasta, rice, or by itself.

Chicken coq au vin

Fresh skin-on breasts and thighs sauteed with pancetta, carrots, onions, cremini mushrooms, and a robust brandied red wine sauce. Including fresh chicken stock, finished with fresh thyme, garlic, French sea salt, fresh-cracked pepper, and cold euro-butter. Served over fresh pasta, rice, or by itself.

Baked Ziti

Homemade San Marzano tomato marinara, with tons of homemade ricotta cheese, freshly grated mozzarella, and locatelli. Also available with ground beef, Italian sausage, or kick-it-up with Spanish chorizo.

Chicken Picatta

Freshly pounded chicken cutlets, lightly seasoned, floured, and sauteed in olive oil. Finished with fresh lemon zest & juice and capers. Served over fresh pasta, rice, or by itself.
