Description

Simple ingredients, simply the best! Zero breading…  Gluten Free,  Always!!

Jumbo lump crab, wild gulf shrimp, fresh cream, dry mustard, green onion, French sea salt, fresh ground roasted black pepper and flavorings (you don’t think I’m gonna tell ya everything!)

Use within 3 days of delivery; freeze up to 60 days!

Best paired with the King Cake Beurre Blanc sauce. Small sauce (approx.. 2 oz.) will be included with purchase of just 2 King Cakes.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray or lightly coat pan, (cookie or common sheet pan) place cakes browned side down for 10-15 minutes; finish under high broiler till brown 2-3 minutes. 145 degrees internal temperature.
