Description

Chefs Choice Sauce 6 oz

Grainy honey mustard Beurre Blanc, crisp white Burgundy, Lusty Monk grain mustard, organic honey, fresh cream, dash of fresh lemon finished with French sea salt and ground black pepper.

For sauce slow and low heat stir constantly, do not boil. 145 degrees

Serve approximately 1/2 – 1 oz of sauce under crab cakes when plating.
