A huge chef’s kiss to Mother Nature’s Sun! A very kind and thoughtful person gifted my family dinner tonight and it was AWESOME. Crab cakes with a beurre blanc sauce, incredibly tasty broccoli, and mashers to boot - with detailed prep instructions - it was a great treat and made dinner on a Wednesday so nice, and stress free. I just found this chef on Facebook last night, and ordered for this evening's dinner. My husband and I just finished... the Crab Cake dinner for two, and it was INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Each bite seemed like it was even better than the last yummy one. The crab cake does not have breading, and so is much healthier, and was the main draw for me ordering. Susan and I just finished dinner. It was truly excellent. We both loved every mouth watering portion. From the King... cakes to the fresh veggies to the mashed potatoes. The Beurre Blanc sauce was delicious! I want that sauce on everything I eat from now on.
